It's Larry and Rippen from Penn Zero: Part-time Hero as penguins! 
In Sam Levine's tease for what was coming up in the 2nd half of season 1 he mentioned baby penguins, so I couldn't resist drawing Larry as a baby penguin. 
And since Rippen's hair matches up so perfectly with a macaroni penguin, I added him in too! 
I actually did this way back in May, but I just realized when I went to upload another picture that I never uploaded this one. 
Larry and Rippen belong to Disney/Disney XD, Sam Levine, and Jared Bush.

If you didn't know this, Disney's The Rescuers was Originally going to have Bernard and Bianca rescue a Polar Bear cub from a Penguin Villain. I wonder if Penguin Rippen and Larry here could be in that kind of alternate universe?........
